Okay so I'm officially eating the pot roast, carrots and potatoes for dinner right now...I mean RIGHT THIS SECOND...and I'm having to break and tell you that it's GOOD!!
The chicken I threw in my crockpot last night turned to leather - So just rub in your Pot roast skills... go ahead.. enjoy... I'll be over here pouting thank you very much!
Did you cook it on high or low heat? You might want to throw in some water and broth as well just to help keep is moist. I made the mistake of cooking on high for 10 hours once instead of half that time. I cooked the pot roast on a low setting for 10 hours but I could have done it for high on 5 hours. Honestly I've never had a problem on a lower setting and longer hours.

I'm a would be world conqueror toiling in a grueling tech job. I randomly mix in pop culture with my musings and find the drawing of beards and moustaches on photos, drawings and or other media to be a source of untapped artistic exploration. So if have any good ones please send them to me and I'll update them on my website. Otherwise I'm colorful optimistic Cancer that enjoys the subtle moments and life and yearns for a secure foothold in it someday. I live for passion, I breath spontaneity and I feed on the wonderous.
