One body two different arms
Well I was getting worried about this two weeks ago and now I'm getting more than a little worried. I'm right handed yet my left arm is a lot stronger than my right arm. This is weird because as I said I'm right handed, but it's starting to affect my workouts because my right arm is seriously dragging behind my left. Does anyone have this problem or know of anything that might fix it??

I have that problem! Although it is my left bicep that is TONS stronger than my right, and I am left handed. A trainer told me to train at the weight that my weaker arm could handle to build it up... do I? Of course not! You should see me doing bicep curls... I can go 7 lbs heavier on the left vs the right... Hope you had a happy T-day!
T-day was pretty lame as I worked the NOC the whole day/night. X-mas however will be EPIC in the amount of slacking I do on my week off!!
Whatever you are doing with that one real strong arm (and you know what it is) stop doing it with that arm and start doing it with the other arm. Yes, sadly yet humorously, I speak from experience.
